SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The San Diego Youth Symphony and Conservatory has started it’s 15th Annual International Youth Program.
Each year, top musicians from around the world travel to San Diego to practice and perform with young local talent.
Music director, Jeff Edmons and two of the young women in the program, Katherine Liao and Isabella Mancin join KUSI.
